When a client reaches their one year anniversary with TRS, Charlene becomes their dedicated point person to manage any servicing needs or address any questions. As the Client Servicing Specialist, she is usually the first to learn of any life changing events. Not only does she help our clients transition through these events, she is also responsible for informing the rest of the team of these important updates, along with coordinating efforts on the clients’ behalf.
There is always something new to learn from the different scenarios she helps clients navigate. This motivates her to deliver superb customer service by answering all of the clients’ questions and addressing their concerns quickly and thoroughly. If she doesn’t immediately know the answer, she enjoys researching the solution, which helps her grow and improve.
She enjoys spending time with her family, reading a good book, or getting outside in the fresh air. She loves hiking, going to movies, or meeting up with friends.
