Hayley Richards

Hayley is a driven and ambitious team member with a passion for business administration and a love of nature.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Hayley’s interest in business administration started when she was just twelve years old. Her career journey has given her experience working in law, working for British Gas, and volunteering in a program to educate the elderly about computers. Though she has had a few detours along the way, Hayley has always found her way back to administrative work. She loves being a part of the TRS team and learning something new each and every day.

Hayley believes in living a balanced life, both professionally and personally. Her love for nature inspired her to move to Washington, where she can find balance in the beautiful natural surroundings while also achieving her corporate goals.

Hayley is recently married and enjoys playing volleyball, running, cycling, surfing, and occasionally partaking in a triathlon or duathlon race.
