Heather Carlson

With a background in Cell & Molecular Biology, Heather brings her knack for analytical thinking to the TRS team. Heather earned her degree from the University of Washington and briefly worked for a tech company before switching her focus to the financial industry.

As an associate planner, she strives to develop her professional proficiencies while supporting the needs of her clients and teammates. One of the most meaningful parts of Heather’s work includes helping clients achieve their financial goals so they can enjoy their retirement journey.

Outside of work, Heather enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, Robert, and their black lab, Max. As a Washington native, she appreciates taking local road trips around the state as much as she loves traveling to new places. Someday, Heather dreams of crossing ‘traveling on a safari’ off her bucket list.
