Rachel Del Palacio

Rachel oversees internal office operations, manages all HR functions, and assists Jim in forecasting the company strategy. She really enjoys working with people, and making it her number one priority to make things easier for others. From serving the needs of clients to supporting the staff and team of planners, she strives to make each interaction a positive experience for everyone. She believes attitude is of paramount importance, and she tries to live every day with that in mind.

She is motivated by Jim’s passion and vision for the company, and his commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of clients. She feels fortunate to be working with a talented and caring team of professionals that truly has the clients’ best interest in mind.

She is a California native, and that has influenced her to seek out sightseeing opportunities. She loves exploring as a tourist and discovering new cuisines and recipes.
